Hey, I’m Courtney
As a championship-winning goalie and, as a seasoned event professional, I learned that staying calm under pressure isn’t luck. It’s what happens when your systems, mindset, and self-care all work together. I’ve spent 20+ years building that same calm into everything I’ve done on the municipal side, the producer side, the venue management side, and even the design & decor side. Now, I build it into yours.
I’ve felt where events and business operations break, so I know how to build ones that don’t.

PREPARE
This is all about getting that solid foundation in place and being ready for whatever comes at you next.
